I set up tipis at the Moab Arts Festival 3 different years. In 2002 I set up just one unpainted 22ft. tipi for the little kids activities, such as story telling, and napping. In 2003 I set up 6 painted tipis. A 22ft. tipi for the kids again, and two 20ft., and three 16ft. tipis for everyone else. They attracted a steady stream of people stepping thru the doorways. In 2004 I set up 4 painted tipis off to one side of the stage for people to check out and get in out of the sun for a while.
